Antoni Gaudi is one of the world’s most iconic architects, creating some of Barcelona’s most famous landmarks, including the Sagrada Família. Inspired by nature and incorporating sustainable principles in his work, Gaudi was a revolutionary architect who was way ahead of his time.

The Gaudi La Coma Artists’ Residences competition is the first in a series of design competitions run in partnership with Gaudi Knowledge Association and Inngenium Lab to celebrate Gaudi’s intellectual heritage. Participants are tasked with designing an artist residence in Huesca, Spain that follows Gaudi’s principles of sustainability, functionality, aesthetics, and innovation.

The Gaudi La Coma Artists’ Residences competition is open until November 4, 2022, with winners of the 10,000 € prize fund to be announced on February 17, 2023
